I am Pooja Bishnoi 9 years old. I am an athlete. I was born on 10 April 2011 in a small village in Jodhpur Rajasthan. My mother's milk did not come when I was born. I spent all my life till now with a single person, whose name is Sarwan Budiya (maternal uncle and coach).
My coach also wanted to one day win the gold medal in athletics for the country, but that could not happen. When he was an athlete of the Sports Authority of India. He then suffered hamstring problems and gave up his game.
It was a matter of 1 day when I was 3 years old, boys were running around me. Then my coach chased me with those boys too, but I lost, but seeing me running, my coach came into my mind from the same day that my unfinished dream Pooja will be fulfilled!
My coach told those boys that Pooja will compete with you after a month, who were much older than me. He started laughing at me. Then did I work hard for a month and the day came when I had a race with those boys and I came first in that race.
After that I never looked back and I completed 10 kilometers at the age of 6 in just 48 minutes. At the age of 5, I made six pack abs. At the age of 8, I completed 3 kilometers in just 12 minutes in 50 seconds.
In my field, I work hard for 8 hours every day.
I had won the battle with many difficulties. I needed a support and then I got the support of the Virat Kohli Foundation.
I am the daughter of a farmer and after getting such huge support, I started working hard day and night.
The day has come, which I used to watch on TV, they were in front of my eyes.
In the Indian Sports Honours program, Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan ji and Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli ji met the great personalities of the country and they boosted my morale. After that day, I work hard every day to get medals in Olympics. Working hard and seeing me, many small girls of the country are coming into the game today. Today I am working as an inspiration for all those girls.
